Sabatacha Syrah
DESCRIPTION
Red young wine, 100 % Syrah ,14 % ABV
ELABORATION
BSI is working with varieties like Syrah, that has perfectly adapted to the climate and soil of Jumilla area, a privileged terroir where this variety produces strong and aromatic grapes. Its production is very reduced, but also concentrated.
Sabatacha Syrah is elaborated from Syrah grapes carefully selected grapes on the vineyards and the winery. Maceration phase is long, in order to obtain the characteristic aromas and color of this grape variety. Then it is bottled where all the aromas are conjugated.
Tasting notes
Red cherry color, well covered and very attractive purple tones. High intensity aroma of dark fruits like blackberry, raspberry and floral aromas of violets. Very smooth, sweet and full-bodied.
Pleasant and velvety sensations.
Gourmet notes
All kind of paellas: meat and vegetables, seafood, snacks, vegetables, tapas, pastas, pizzas, cheese, cured pork meats and roast chicken.
